

Escrow Deposits for Leases
Getting an Escrow Letter in 3 Easy Steps.
Reyes Law Office will hold escrow for real estate leases located in Florida.
Here is what is needed to begin.

Upload the lease agreement for the preparation of an escrow letter.

Fill out the intake form with your information. This information will be used to contact you if there are any questions or missing information.

The funds can be provided by one of the following means:

Wire the funds;

Earnnest Deposit; or
-
Cashier's Check (delivered to 8485 SW 40 Street Suite 301 Miami, FL 33155).

Once we receive these items, we will provide the escrow letter.
Our fee is $50 per lease. Payment is to be delivered with the funds at the time of the transfer.
Note: We are unable to hold any funds without a fully executed Florida lease agreement. We reserve the right to reject any funds and not hold escrow.
